Brand New Car Repair Costs

On December 1, I purchased a brand new 2020 Hyundai Elantra in my name.(the first car i’ve bought on my own). Fast Forward not even a week but while crossing an intersection my car gets smashed into throwing my car onto the curb. To make matters worse, the person who hit me is not only at fault, but has no car insurance. This meaning that not only will I have to use my own coverage but now i’m gonna have to pay $1000 dollars of my own money thanks to someone else’s due diligence.
