When your Dreams are inches Away

Growing up we all have dreams of what we want to be. Mine was to be a musician. I never did realize as the music industry has changed over the years that I would have chosen one of the hardest professions to succeed in.  To pursue my music career  I have had to sacrifice many things from, jobs to relationships to not even eating. Being in a band now is like having a full time job that doesn't pay. The band as a whole has worked very hard to get to where we are today. Yet still all money raised by the band is used to keep the dream alive. No money ever gets paid to the crew or individual members. So getting buy and paying bills and living have become a day to day struggle.Finding work  has been quite difficult and I and i have found my self struggling more and more and its getting harder. 

       With me,having good work ethic  has always been important. For 9 years I kept a job making fairly decent money. With the current success of Prospect Hill I have been forced to quit my job to continue the growth of the band by touring. 

    What I am faced with today is reaching out to you for a helping hand, this is a first for me. Ever since I was little, I have always had awkward time asking for help. My mother who has faced Being blind all her life told this recently. Maybe as a child knowing that my mom did all she could with her handicap to raise my sister and I, I never wanted to ask for help. So here here I am finally asking. 

     The funds I raise will allow me to continue doing the music that has touched so many people, and granted hope to those who take music to the heart. It will grant me the choice to make changes to my living situation and allow me to stay healthy as I continue to work diligently in my career.
