Family & Friends please help my family of 4.

Please help me and my family. My wife has been having head aches for a while. Then she needed a prism in her glasses. Then all of a sudden, her peripheral has narrowed. Took some test and she has a pituitary gland tumor, pressing in her optic nerve. She will be getting surgery this month and will be out 4-6 weeks. I’m on disability with epilepsy and can’t drive. Im a stay at home dad with 2 kids 5-6. Both autistic. My wife won’t be working or driving, so I’ll need to get help for meds, food, rent, utilities and more. I can’t even bring her to get her surgery and take her home. I have the strength to help my wife in her time of need. I just don’t have the funds. Please help.
