Our 4-year-old beloved dog was diagnosed with Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia which is an autoimmune disease where his blood platelets become under attack by his own body. It will cause him to bleed to death internally. Right now, he has bruises all over his body. This happens rapidly and for us it happened over night, we are rushing to save his life. He is my best friend and I haven’t had enough time with him on this earth. For the people that knew Cosmo, he is so loving, cute, full of life and the best dog anyone could ever ask for. He loved EVERY single person he came across. I always had friends wanting to take turns to take him home for the weekend so they could be with them. He was that amazing of a dog! He will never ever be able to be replaced. He is very weak at the moment and he is fighting for his life but he is a warrior and one of the strongest beings I know.
With that said, I got a notice from the ER that it would be $25000 to try and save him. That includes him staying in the hospital, any meds he may need and several blood transfusions. He has an 85% chance of living if I pay for all this to be done. I wanted to reach out and ask the world for help and prayers. We all know what a tough time this is for everyone job wise and money wise and I can’t do this alone but I need to save him so I’m asking for your help! Anything helps!
