Service Dog For Lacey

Hello! I, Lacey McShane, am 16 years old and in desperate need of a service dog. I can barely function outside of my home without support. I recently got released from a mental health facility, which kept me there 2 weeks. There, I was diagnosed with depression, C-PTSD, and dissociative symptoms. I was previously diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorders in the 7th grade. With these combined, It's difficult for me to participate regularly in activities outside my house, like school. Come 9th grade, I couldn't attend my classes at all. I would be sent home before second period 9 out of 10 days due to severe panic attacks. My breath would catch and I would fall to the floor, hyperventilating, unable to move and gasping for breath, having to be put in a wheelchair and brought to the nurses office. I have not been to school since then, now approaching 2 years of being homeschooled. I am hoping to make it back to school this year and try again. It is my dream to graduate and work in the field for psychology. Dogs have helped me greatly in my home life, and the ability to have such a great companion with me at all times would benefit me greatly. I will be going to Comprehensive Pet Therapy, Inc.
