<div>Hi all, well I’m not quite sure where to start! I am finally excepting that I do need to ask for help (my pride needs to take a seat right now)

<div>Niya my beautiful French bulldog in the picture has had spine surgery as she became paralysed on Saturday evening due to a slipped disc which burst and put pressure onto her spinal cord! She is only two years old and is super special to me and my my son as I no all pets are, but niya is super special.. I tragically lost my first frenchy dora in a horrific accident around two years ago which broke me and of course my son who was only 3 at the time and he couldn’t understand where she was, I had to explain that she was over the rainbow bridge, as that was the nicest way to explain she has died.. my son missed her so much as he had grown up with her and they were besties!

<div>I told my self I couldn’t put my self through so much pain and upset that I wouldn’t get another dog! But my heart hurt for my son asking daily where Dora was, I accepted that we couldn't live without a fur baby and along came niya! She really has been the best and is such a loving, funny amazing little dog, everyone who knows her just loves her- and of course her two different coloured eyes makes her even more unique..

<div>and well if that isn’t enough- my story!
</div>
<div>in September 2024 I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour. I am having surgery at the beginning of February to remove it- but of course it’s not straight forward. My tumour is sat in a very complicated place within my brain, it’s wrapping around my artery and close to my optic nerve making it very challenging to remove it without causing damaged to my artery or optic nerve.. I had a procedure done on Friday 10th January called a balloon occlusion test which they implant a balloon into one of my coronary artery's and inflate it near my brain and check if my other coronary artery can cope on its own- as (this is something they would do to protect my artery when having the operation to help with the risk of strokes and blood loss).

<div>unfortunately this failed! my body couldn’t produce enough blood to pump blood around my brain.. so this has cause a spanner is the works for my upcoming surgery.
</div>
<div>i am waiting on my super surgeon to have another plan of action for my surgery to take place!

<div>as I’m sure you can imagine it’s been very tough on me, my family and friends with my diagnosis and now having to deal with niya and her surgery! Of course having her operated on was a definite yes she is my girl and has been a huge support.
</div>
<div>Niya’a surgery will cost around £6500, I hate to ask but just any amount any one can share to help her I would appreciate beyond words that I can say! 
</div>
