My kitty is home!! Thank you all so much!

UPDATE: Mushy is doing so much better! I thank you all so much for the support! It means the world to me and my kitty! -I brought my cat in to be neutered and the same day he stopped peeing and had a bunch of other issues occur just hours after the surgery. I took him to an emergency hospital where they basically told me he now has a urinary block from the surgery and need immediate medical attention. I had to take him home the same night because i couldnt afford 75% of a $2,700+ downpayment and they basically told me he wont make it unless he gets medical attention immediately. I really need help, I dont have a solid place to live and this cat has been my best friend through the hardest year of my life so please be kind and please help and support if you can❤️
