Courtney Porter Memorial Fund

This GoFundMe account is being set up to support the Brian Porter Family in this very difficult time. The Porter Family suffered a great loss on August 20th when they lost their 25 year old daughter unexpectedly. Courtney Porter was an amazing person touching the lives of anyone she came in contact with. She had an amazing smile that would light up any room. Courtney joined the VESD family when she was only 18, starting as a substitute receptionist at our District office.  It was obvious she wanted to play a more direct role in the lives of our students. Courtney’s love and passion for students made her one of the great Paraeducators in the VESD family. Courtney was loved by so many, especially by her immediate family. They were her support and backbone through good and bad times. Courtney is survived by her father Brian Porter, mother Kim, and brother Cody.
