What have we accomplished?
4 successful annual Gopless day at Hampton Beach
Defeated two disastrous bills that would criminalize exposing nipples for females, to a timely and appropriate demise.
Presented a case in Belknap District Court for several people were cited for sunbathing and swimming topless in Gilford, NH, and won.
Made it to NH supreme court
Backstory:
In spring of 2017, three women were arrested in Laconia, NH for sunbathing without a top. Laconia has an ordinance prohibiting the exposure of the female nipple with a less than fully opaque covering. Of the three women, 2 were arrested together days after the first had been arrested. The women brought the violation to court and the judge did not rule in their favor and so an appeal was brought to the NH supreme court where ultimately, in a 3-2 decision, the court ruled it was not gender based discrimination.
Now What?
Our new goal is appealing to Supreme Court of the US on the basis our constitutional rights of being treated equally was violated! Our lawyers have estimated the cost for filing, coping, printing, etc at 3 thousand ASAP. We only have 90 days to file our appeal and the decision was announced in February.
What you will help us accomplish by participating, sharing, spreading the word and joining us:

* Bail on demand to cover members who are arrested
* Funds for flyers, stickers, t-shirts, etc that we can hand out for free
