This to me is a last resort and rather embarressing. If anyone can provide any assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
In June 2 years ago I had to have a coccygectomy which is the removal of the tail bones. That laid me up for 7 months and I am still healing. This prevents me from sitting or standing for long periods of time, including driving which was a major part of my work.
In January 2016, I developed a twitch on the left side of my face and was informed I needed major brain surgery to separate blood vessels from the facial nerves. This should have taken another 3 months to heal. This surgery did not work as expected and now I have to have a second surgery to see if the issue can be fixed.
I have not worked in 2 years 3 months and have drained all avenues of finance including taking money out of my superannuation to pay for medical bills.
On the 18th of October I will be going back to hospital to have it done again. I like to think I am a strong man who looks after his family but I am broken. I have a loving wife and 3 boys and it is destroying me for them to see me this way. Any help would be so welcome as i need to be the person I was 2 years ago. The estimated out of pocket expenses is $3000.00. Thank you for taking the time to read.
