Global Immersion Trip- Nepal&India

Hi, my name is Niki and on the 17th September 2016 I am leaving my home, family and country to travel to Nepal and India with a group of people just like me, who are invloved in an organisation called Global Immersion. In this month that I am lucky enough to take part in thanks to my two amazing parents and the owner of GI, Bernie Kelly, I will be exploring and learning the different culture and way of life in Kathmandu, traveling to Lukla (gateway to Everest) and attempting the ascent to the base camp of everest and four days later return to Lukla , then fly back to Kathmandu for some shopping and two days later fly to Varanasi and Calcutta in India of which we will spend three days exploring the Holy City, the Ganges and spend two days serving with Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity and explore Kolkata. Where the fundraising comes in, is that while we are in Nepal we help rebuild a school that was distroyed in the earthquakes last year. This school belongs to just over 100 disabled students, Global Immersion has taken a massive part in rebuilding the school, there is no other funding other than what us participants raise. Therefore all I ask is that even if you just donated $10 it will go a long way.
