Help Olivia get a breast reduction

Hi i’m Olivia, I have been struggling for about 2 years now with insecurities surrounding my breasts and it has affected my mental health. I’m almost 16 and can’t currently get a job that pays enough for this surgery. This would be a life changing thing for me. I am grateful for any help and support i can get.
