Ken Skillingstad This guy, is an amazing neighbor. Always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Checking in on neighbors, making sure they have groceries they need during this covid-19 crisis. He is an experienced carpenter and many times is willing to lend his expertise and a helping hand. Also can loves to cook and bake. It's not unusual for Ken just to pop over with something he has just made or leave it on your counter. Ken has recently been diagnosed with an acute leukemia. The medicine Impruvica he needs for this leukemia is over $10,000 a month, sadly this is not covered by his Medicare prescription insurance. It's so sad for someone to realize the medicine is there if you could only get to it. He has applied for a grant and was denied. The cancer care institute is checking into other funding possibilities, but for now, it's a desperate waiting game. We ask that you find it in your heart and your wallet to make a donation to this fine hard-working gentleman who has never asked for anything in life. Your donation is greatly appreciated in advance, thank you so very much.
