My name is Tyler Tate of Team Tate. I'm a Dillard High School and Jackson State University Alum. Below I want to provide you with as much information as possible so that you know exactly where your funds will be going and who will be benefitting from you contributions.

Who: 36 elite high school student athletes {Football} from your community and city of Fort Lauderdale Florida
What/Where: College football camp Tour. The young men your funding will charter buses to the following universities to participate and compete in front of Division 1, 2, and 3 college coaches.
University of Florida, Florida State University, Georgia Tech, Clemson University, University of Georgia and University of South Carolina, Georgia State University.
These athletes will stay in hotels during this college tour and visit academic facilities and campuses also where they will take private tours.
Team Tate Family Training from Ft. Lauderdale, FL is teaming up with J.T. Thomas and his JTTF foundation to host the second annual Team Tate college tour. Last year was a major success for our young men. Theres no value that you can place on the experience those young men got last year. Many of them had never been on a college campus before. You can never underestimate the inspiration that gives a young man to want to attend college. There is also a strong brotherhood built on this trip with the young men in a family atmosphere that the Team Tate family creates.
When: June 10th- June 16th
Funds for this trip have to be turned in prior to this trip, so PLEASE don't hesitate to donate if your a person interested in helping fund this opportunity.
Why: Being a former athlete I can tell you this is literally an opportunity of a lifetime. Most High school athletes are lucky if they can attend 1 of these camps to gain exposer. It takes time, money and a support system.
This trip is giving these kids the opportunity to attend SEVEN Universities and 7 opportunities to be evaluated and learn from coaches at the highest level of college football. Not to mention other teams that will be represented at these camps. I coach these camps every year. They coach these players just like they coach the current college players at the University. The kids see first hand the type of work it takes and the kind of education they can obtain. Every year there are scholarships earned and guys who are unknown become discovered.
I can tell you this will mean the world to these kids, many of them would never attend a camp otherwise. Parents have to work, money is tight and in many cases this is not a priority for a lot of parents of the kids going on this trip, and that's understandable under many circumstance. BUT, It takes a village and a community- I believe that if everyone who looks at this post at least donates something, and those more fortunate follow lead to donate a little more- WE CAN IMPACT LIVES IMMEDIATELLY & SEE RESULTS IMMEDIATELY ALSO.
