Logan's Fund

My name is Megan Troje and I have created this page on behalf of my cousin Jennifer Colestock and her 9 year old nephew Logan McMahon.

On Friday, May 27th Logan’s father Bill Ehmke ended his life, leaving Logan behind. After Logan was born he was placed in foster care and Bill took on the courts to gain sole custody of him. Without Bill, Logan is now facing the possibility of being put back into the child welfare system. Logan’s Aunt Jen and her husband Shawn are currently taking care of him and trying to take guardianship over him. They already have 2 sons of their own at home and taking on another child is going to be a struggle financially. The daily living expenses will be adding up and with no certainty of the legal process & future ahead, Logan & his wonderful caregivers need our help.

Any money raised will go to help with Logan’s childcare costs, daily living expenses, medical care and potentially legal costs that may arise. In spite of his physical & mental health battles, Bill was a wonderful father to Logan and Logan deserves the very best that life has to offer after so much tragedy.
