Fix my teeth

Hey all. Setting this up to get my teeth fixed. Over half of the teeth i have left are either broken or falling out. Its effecting not only my emotional mental health, but my physical as well. I cant eat much of anything anymore. Even soft foods are difficult. Please, i have no other means to get this corrected myself.
