Lana’s medical and living expenses during recovery

Our mom, Lana Ellis, is very sick and in critical condition at Fort Sanders. After being admitted to the hospital in Morristown, we were told that momma was septic, in renal and liver failure, and she was showing signs of pneumonia. The next morning, she was transferred to Knoxville to Fort Sanders Hospital, where we learned that she was also having internal bleeding. The bleeds in her upper GI track were cauterized, and now the doctors here are working on treating her other issues. Mom has made a lot of progress over the past 4 days, but there is still a long road ahead. We are hoping to raise some money to help her with the growing medical and living expenses she is incurring while in the hospital. We appreciate any and all donations to aid in our mother's recovery! All donations will go towards medical costs, prescriptions, and living expenses while we are working on getting her healthy and during her recovery.
