My husband is having brain surgery

We found a specialist chiropractor recently that adjusts your Atlas / C1. He is an amazing doctor and said if his treatment didn't work, he wouldn't stop helping until we found the answer together. He did. 

After ordering an MRI, he found a Type 1 Chiari Malformation. Basically a brain hernia. My husband's brain is slipping out of his head at the base of his skull which is putting a lot of pressure on the spinal cord. He also has minimal fluid running from his C5 to C7 in his neck. 

Lucky for us, there is a Chiari specialist neurosurgeon about 40 minutes from us. The only one within 7,500 miles. Talk about luck. We met with him and he explained the procedure and we scheduled the surgery the next afternoon.

We have already racked up $2,400 in MRI bills and he still has a ways to go in both pre-op, surgery, and post-op visits. The surgery is on December 21st. They are hoping he can come home on Christmas Eve. 

Anything donated helps more than we can even begin to express gratitude for. The funds will go to his medical expenses.
