Please help me, I’m really struggling !

Hello everyone,I’m really struggling right now, hate to admit it but I am,with shopping, bills, etc, and with Christmas nearly here too and 3 kids at home I’ve nothing ☹️if you could buy me a coffee or two it really would make a difference or if could help me get some presents for kids would be a god send, I’m the first to help anyone in need, please help me a little, many thanks Helen ❤️
