November 3rd we found out my dad has a rather large, fast growing tumor in his brain. Recently we discovered the tumor was Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Anyone who knows my dad knows he is the most hardworking, and caring man out there.  He would give a stranger the shirt off his back if they needed it. He's been in excruciating pain that worsened every day. He has tried to push off his own needs due to being in the process of adopting my baby sister. There's so much I could say about him.. He's the best person I know and he's my best friend. This cancer grew super fast it wasn't on scans done on 8/2 and it was on November 3rd. The whole left side of his head is affected. Due to rarity of this type of cancer his treatment will take place in North Carolina with a team of specialists there. He will require extensive radiation as well as chemotherapy. Due to health issues and now this, he has been unable to work and will need help paying for housing and treatment while in North Carolina. Anything that you are able to donate is appreciated and if you can't, just remember him in your prayers. He has remained strong in his faith through this and is confident that "God's got this."
