Hello there, my name is Jake Lampa, I'm 13 and have recently diagnosed with leukemia.My family is tough situation with money as my dad recently left his job to go back to college and with that it cancelled me and my dads insurance and it is very tough to pay for medical bills without insurance.My family was not in a very good financial situation in the first place.Don't worry you don't have to donate but it would be very much appreciated if you could share my story and thank you for your time.
