Help give my cat the health treatment she needs!

Hello everyone. I have a 2 1/2 year old cat named Halo. She was rescued from off the streets when she was about 8 weeks old, was left alone with no milk from her mother which stunted her growth quite a bit. Unfortunately, my family has been unable to give her important health services due to lack of money to spare for her spay and shots. My poor baby has been suffering through her heats and I want to help her by giving her the treatment she needs but am unable to afford it. Anything will be greatly appreciated!
