Madilynns medical journey

Donation protected
I have been debating on wether or not to do this for a few weeks, however it has become very clear to me that i need help. Madilynn R.Erickson was born on 10/15/2020 and things unfortunately did not go as planned, she was seemingly healthy at all of our prenatal appointments so this was quite a shock to us. When madilynn was born at Mason General hospital it was very apparent that she was in a bad way. She was not able to breath on her own, he entire body was filled with fluid and she was airlifted to Seattle children’s hospital where she underwent surgery for a bowel perforation. Madilynn was on a ventilator for a week and a half after her birth and needs at least one more surgery and will be there for another month at the very least. Josh and I have two other children(3 year old twins) and we live in Elma Wa. Josh works full time, so me staying at the Seattle children’s hospital as I would love to 24/7 is not a viable option. We have wonderful family that have offered us help with childcare and we are very great full for that. I am needing help with the cost for gas going back and forth to the hospital almost every day, the cost of keeping my cars oil changes and maintenance up with the 160 miles I have to drive every day to be with my baby. At $40 a day in fuel it is adding up very fast, especially when We have to also pay my rent and other household bills, unfortunately it is just not doable for us to make ends meet as things are. I hate to ask for help but at this point I have ran out of options. This is every parents worst nightmare. Our baby girl is doing quite well, but we have a long road ahead and I’m not sure when this will end and when we can take her home. Anything helps. Even if you cannot donate prayers are appreciated just as much as financial help to us as she needs prayers for a full recovery. Anything helps, please share this and keep her and our family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you.
Update:
Madilynn is out of the hospital but I am still struggling financially to care for her. She needs 24-7 care.
Madilynn is not able to eat food and relays solely on TPN(iv nutrition and fluids and is on this 18 hours a day) she has a central line that is easily infected and goes into one of the main veins(it's exactly like a port used for cancer treatment but alittle different looking) she cannot go to a day care with these medical decides and family members are not able to care for her with these medical devices

which keeps me from being able to work. Her medical care is extremely expensive even with insurance as some of the medications that she has to have are not covered by insurance such as her antibiotics that she has to be on 2times a day continuously to keep the bacteria in her shortened intestines under control. This costs me $250 every 15 days. She has appointments in  Seattle which is about 160 miles away from my house in elma every 2 weeks. The cost of gas and car repairs is high. I am definitely struggling to keep up with it and pay all of the necessary household bills. She has many unexpected hospital stays which cause more bills and expenses. I have numerous unpaid bills from ambulance calls ect. I am unable to get financial help from the hospital I have exhausted all efforts.
I live in an old mobile home that is falling apart and I have no money to fix it or move out to a better and more suitable home. I also have two other children. There are five of us living in one income. I worked full time before madilynn was born and planned to return to that full time job after my maternity leave but due to this unpredicted complication I had to leave my job all together and lost that extra income. It has really caused alot of hardship for all of us. All of my savings that I had prior to this has been exhausted.

Her medical condition is life long and will always be a challenge

I am needing help to continue to cover these costs as well as potentially hire a respite care nurse so I will be able to return to work and get myself out of this financial hole that I am in and get my life back on track so I can provide the best possible life for my kids.
