Child Alienation Emergency Funds and Resources

Thank you for reviewing this GFM page. I am raising emergency funds for our court hearing and to provide an attorney, expert witnesses, evaluations and legal fees. We are preparing for a hearing and there are ex partes involved. In child alienation, immediate intervention is needed. To protect the identity of our family, I am not disclosing full family photos. If you’ve gone through this, you know exactly how challenging and expensive this can be. On family court, there are no appointed attorneys. Attorneys run 450-500 an hour and the specialist for these cases can run 800-900 an hour with retainers from 5k-15k. Evaluators charge Appx 500 an hour. Specialist such as family court evaluators, private evaluators or specialist such as Dr. Craig Childress charge appx 10k for an evaluation. Forensic Linguist who can prove forensics are 2k for a one page bullet point short evaluation. Trials are more expensive if they have testify in court.
