Help Jam a mother with osteogenesis imperfecta

Donation protected
Hi everyone. Hope all is well. Thank you in advance for reading my story. We have an adopted niece Jessamine Bongo or Jamm from Cebu, Philippines who happens to be disabled due to osteogenesis imperfecta which means "A group of inherited disorders characterized by fragile bones that break easily. Osteogenesis imperfecta is caused by defective genes. These genes affect how the body makes collagen, a protein that helps strengthen bones." She was only 2 yrs old (dob 5/8/1995) when it all started: she stepped on her own pee and slipped which caused her bones to break. All her life she's been in and out of the hospital with a cast on either both of her arms or legs. To make the story short, despite of her condition, it's a miracle that she was able to bear a child in her womb and give birth to a very healthy baby boy last Aug. 2020. We were all shocked and are still in disbelief but only God knows why. We were all so happy for our first healthy grandchild and great grandson - Ken Andrew Raymund. It crossed my mind as to how I can help her for she still has a long way to go to raise her son. She didnt even get the chance to do anything for her future. Now she has a future to build for her son. The sad part is that her foster mother abandoned her. It broke my heart how some people can be capable of doing such thing to someone with such condition like Jam’s who can’t even stand with her own legs and has to be on wheel chair all her life. I was thinking about her situation and as to how I can help her. My heart felt for her because we treated her like our own little baby before i had my own child. I always remember a small voice calling me NAYNAY (which is mother or mom in our language) everytime she visits me. I don't know how to reach out to anyone especially in the midst of this pandemic. That is why I’m here, knocking on your generous hearts to be with me in helping her start her own journey with her newly born son. Any small amount will go a long way. I hope this platform along with you would help me make this possible. Thank you everyone and good bless your generous hearts. TINA DUMOL "tinay - naynay which is mom"
