College Student Car Set On Fire

Hello everyone, I am fundraising for a used car. I am a current college student originally from California, recently relocated in Tucson AZ for school. I am 20 years old, a full time student, and a collegiate basketball player. I am raising money to purchase a used car so I am able to get around to school and to necessary places. My car was set on fire intentionally and completely totaled a while back. With text threats, video proof, and witnesses nothing was ever done to bring the people responsible for this held accountable. Since I am a student with no help financially it is tough to save up for a car. This cause means so much to me because I used my hard earned money that I saved up to purchase this car. I also had many important items in my car that burned due to the fire. My insurance reimbursed me for $400 and nothing more. I never saw any of the money I put into my car.
