Help me provide at-risk youth on with quality ment

Hi everyone, My name is Davon McNeil. I recently started and registered my nonprofit organization titled, Not On My Watch Mentoring, Inc in the state of Massachusetts. Not On My Watch Mentoring, Inc. was developed and designed to provide mentor ship, guidance, encouragement, confidence, education and responsibility to at-risk youth. We are here for the children that are running astray, being bullied, suffering from peer pressure, or simply need a listening ear. We as mentors lead by example and encourage all youth to turn away from criminal thoughts and activities. The organization calls for youth to take pride in themselves and their community. I am fund raising in order to hire two experienced mentors who can assist me in the growth and development of the youth. I am currently mentoring three youth by myself and it is becoming time consuming as I also attend school. Also, I was recently donated space in order to further my mentoring work;therefore I would like to purchase some supplies such as dictionaries and two or three laptops for the youth to utilize during our educational sessions Lastly, the funds will help sponsor the activities I have planned for the year 2021. The youth will study and learn the science of operating community gardens in order to engage in healthy eating habits as well as donating fresh fruits and vegetables to community residents in need. The youth will take courses in science and the importance of mental, physical and spiritual health and hygiene. The youth will be expected to participate in monthly civilization classes where they will study and learn the importance of how to treat and respect themselves, men, and women in a supreme and refined manner. The youth will learn how to traverse the inner city and neighborhoods in peace and how to interact with strangers, police officers and everyday citizens in their community. I will be extremely grateful and thankful for any help assistance I can get in order to make my determined idea a reality. Thank you very much for your time and patience.
