Help with support fur babies Athena

As you all know I am a 56-year-old woman living in a limited income I am a double amputee but I do need a emotional support animal and somebody has given me a 3-month-old Siamese kitten but I have to have it spayed I have to have it shots rabies I have to have it tagged and registered so I don't have to pay anything in the apartment complex I work in to have her she will help me with my anxiety and my depression she's a wonderful cat she was making me laugh so much already so could you please help this way I will have something in my life I know will not throw me away or leave me
