Trying to surprise my mom with a new dog

Hi everybody, I’m trying to save up for a new dog for my mom because she is heart broken the her dog (bynx) passed away, all she has been looking at is dogs, and we’ve found the one, but we are behind and can’t afford it, and she is heartbroken.
