Help Luna get spayed and meds that she needs

Hi everyone, i need help getting her spayed and meds. I have tried to get a voucher but my vet doesn't accept them. I have been helping my dad financially due to his surgery from cancer. I am just in a bind for her to get the sugery done at the vet she is comfortable going to. Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated. God bless you all and the fur babies out there as well.
