Cecil Flora memorial

It is with heavy heart that I am starting this account. Cecil Flora who has been a great friend, supporter of VAHA, and loving family member. Has passed this morning at 10:30am. I am starting this go fund me account on behalf of John Detlie to assist with memorial cost and other expenses he will incur. Anything that can be giving will be greatly appreciated.
