22 and diabetic

My husband is 22 and he is diabetic. Right now we are really struggling. We have both been laid off work due to Covid. We have 3 children. My husband owes his diabetic supplier 7,000. They will not allow him to get anymore supplies until he pays all or even alittle bit of it. Any help would be appreciated
