Help Jennifer get into an apartment

My best friend is getting kicked out of her home. While yes there are resources and laws in effect that are keeping her from being fully removed, her parents have been abusing her for a while now(to put it nicely, it's actually a lot worse) had no place to go and really needs to get away.

Please help her, it's an emergency.
