Femoral Artery Bypass and cost of living

Hello everyone. I'm creating this new fundraiser in the hopes that there are many good hearted people willing and able to help someone else even in these trying times. I had the angioplasty that was needed on the 21st and 22nd of October. However, the procedure was unsuccessful. I now have to have a femoral artery bypass. This is very painful surgery and recovery will be approximately 8 weeks. I still have not received any payments from disability. I found out today, the doctor still has not submitted the paperwork. I contacted his office and was told they would have him sign it as soon as he's available and in the office. I would think in the 3 weeks since I submitted my claim, he'd be available at least once. Needless to say, rent is coming due and with no income it will go unpaid. I'll also have a pretty hefty share of cost for the surgery. Any and everything helps. No amount is too small. I pray God will open the hearts of those able to help me through this very trying time in life. God bless to all.
