Help Big Tee recover

UPDATE #2: After Tee’s third surgery, the doctors have decided he needs extended care in a facility for several weeks. We are hoping this was the last surgery, but only time will tell. He’s incredibly miserable and worried about his family at home. UPDATE: Tee is now having a THIRD surgery tomorrow, October 30th. This has gone from bad to worse. The prognosis keeps changing, and not for the better. This is going to be a long ride. Our friend Joseph “Big Tee” Richard really needs our help. After being laid off he had finally found a job & was back to work. That lasted 10 days until he ended up in the hospital on Tuesday Oct 20th. A Pyrex baking dish had exploded when he took it out of the oven and some glass got into his foot. He thought he got the piece out, but a tiny bit remained and worked its way into his heel and caused a huge internal infection before he even knew there was anything left in there. Tee is still in the hospital. Another surgery October 27th and maybe home a few days later. He’s now going to be out of work for a minimum of 6 weeks. There’s bills that had already piled up, and he’s in jeopardy of losing his home. The medical expenses are astronomical and there’s upcoming expenses once he’s released. He can’t walk up the stairs to his bedroom so even living accommodations for the upcoming recovery have to be made. Any single gift, no matter the size, will help him & his family greatly.
