The mother of Ashley Higgs and Kim Reed passed away on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016 in Highlands, NC. She did not have any life insurance or savings. The funeral arrangements are putting a monetary and emotional strain on the daughters. The total goal is only the funeral cost. Any extra would go to a tombstone.
