Help Joseph get a root canal

Hey folks. So, I hate to do this, but I don’t see a better option. I can’t enroll in health insurance through my work for almost another month, and I’ve been having persistent tooth pain for a few days now (as of 10/21/2020). I went to a dentist to get checked out (which I had to borrow money from my partner to pay for out of pocket) and they said I have an infection and will likely have to get a root canal and a crown. I’m working full time, but I pay child support for my daughter and have other debts and expenses (student loans, car insurance, etc.). My partner is only working less than part time online (we only have one car and live in a very car-centric, walking-UNfriendly area (thanks, Texas...)) so we’re strapped for cash. Our families already help out as much as they can, so I don’t know who else to turn to. I’m in pain and just need to get this taken care of as soon as possible. Please consider helping out in any way you can or feel comfortable, literally anything helps.
