Help to recieve medical treatment

I used to be a go getting, fun loving person with dreams of helping others and providing the best possible life for my child. About a month ago, I suffered damage to my prefrontal cortex and everyday since has been a struggle. I have lost most of my short term memory, and I struggle to remember how to do simple day to day things. I am a single mom, and it has turned the lives of my son and I upside down as its made it to where I can't work and we are running out of money to live on. We face being evicted from our apartment soon, and are running out of options.  I am trying to raise enough money to get the medical treatment that I need, pay off our bills, and to live on while I get better. 

I am at a loss of what to do and feel like this is my last hope.
