Neck and back surgery

My name is Shawnyne Wilson and have been in severe pain for nearly a month. I had an MRI and found that I have 3 herniated discs in my neck. I have constant pain and my right arm is constantly tingling. There are a couple of options.; surgery, laser surgery, which are both invasive and temporary. There is a treatment that is non evasive, includes stretching of the neck and spine, called decompression therapy, epidural steroid injections and lots of physical therapy. The third therapy is the most promising for long term success but, is also not covered by insurance. I have 3 daughters and 4 grandkids and am much too young and have too much living to do, to have this stop me now. The condition is getting worse everyday and so, I am reaching out and asking for help. Anything helps and I am super grateful if you can help
