Help with Medical Bill

Hi everyone, I'm starting a fundraiser for a medical bill that I received when I was violently raped and robbed 2 months ago. I was walking to the story to get some food and some guy asked me for money. My life was turned upside down since that night. I constantly blame myself everyday if I never walked to the story none of what I experienced wouldn't never happened. I'm stucked with this bill and for the life of me why should I be responsible for paying the bill, the government and the system has failed me and I feel violated all over again. I struggle daily just to get out the bed . Due to the pandemic I lost my job and money is very tight, I have no insurance so I'm unable to get therapy that I desperately need.
