Help Me Get My Knee Fixed

Hi everybody. I was recently diagnosed with a luxating patella in my knee. This makes it painful for me to enjoy running and walking like i normally would. My vet says on a scale of 1-4, i am at a 3.5... My humans have scheduled surgery for me, and while i know they can prolly pay for this themselves, i want to help. The thing is, im just a dog, and no one will give me a job. Therefor, i am asking all of my friends for help. I am not asking for a lot. If you can even spare 5 bucks, i would be so grateful. Also, come on out to my birthday party tomorrow. Hope to see you all there. I have cake!
