Help needed to repair termite ridden house

Hi everyone, I am fundraising to help my niece and her family afford to fix the house they just purchased so it can be lived in. They purchased the house knowing that they would need to do some work on it. The realtor stated that there was termite and water damage. The house was inspected for termites and supposedly found no live ones. This was incorrect. While tearing apart walls to fix the water and termite damage they find a live colony that has eaten away most of the supporting beams/walls of the house. Now they have a lot more damage then originally conveyed to them and they also need to get an exterminator in to get rid of the termites. They did not anticipate the expensive cost of an exterminator and their finances did not anticipate the extra repairs needed to get this house ready for them to move in. Funds will be used to pay the exterminator, to purchase additional supplies that were not expected until after they started the demolition and possibly hiring a contractor to take on this enormous task. The lease on their current resident is running out so they need to be able to fund this task before they have no place to live. Every little bit will help and will be greatly appreciated by her, her husband and her two small children.
