Breast Cancer Treatment for Marylynn Roever

Hi everyone, I am fundraising for, Marylynn Roever, and her battle with breast cancer. In the spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness month, please join me in supporting this strong, selfless, loving woman, with unfailing faith, if you feel moved to do so. Here is her story: On January 8, 2020, the life of Marylynn changed forever. This was the day, as she sat in her classroom, that she heard the words ‘invasive ductal carcinoma’ over her phone. This past February, Marylynn, had a double mastectomy where it was discovered that the cancer had spread to lymph nodes and muscle and was classified as stage 3B cancer. Marylynn underwent 20 weeks of chemotherapy and just completed 6 weeks of radiation. This will be followed by hormone replacement therapy, including four infusions six months apart, and she will be required to take a daily pill for 10 years. Marylynn is a true warrior in her fight against this merciless disease.
