Miki loves spending time with her family of 7 kids. She has a passion for homebirth and a natural approach to health.
She grew up a city girl but deep down longed for a simple country life. So she married a sweet country boy! OH Boy, there were some adjustments she had to make in her thinking after she married him! Country and City can have a hard time mixing. After much prayer and soul searching and coffee (for her) they learned how to make it work. She still loves to go out just as often as he enjoys staying home!
Most days you will find Miki doing her best to encourage others and take care of her family.
She recently found a lump in her throat and that lead to being diagnosed with Lyme disease and an autoimmune disorder.
She will need to undergo about a years worth of treatments to be able to get rid of the Lyme and heal her body. Lyme treatments are not covered under insurance and their family is looking at having to spend about $8000.
I know many of us would love to be able to help their family during this time and I know they would be grateful for any donation you could make.
