help get sparkles to the vet

i’m really ashamed to be doing this but i need assistance getting my cat, sparkles, to the vet. she hasn’t been peeing and after spending over $1000 to take our dog in for emergency surgery we don’t have the funds for more vet visits. my 18 month old is very attached so anything would help! i would be forever thankful for assistance.
