Child with Leukemia

My daughter Houssamatou Diallo, was diagnosed with Leukaemia 5 months after her 5th birthday in June 2019.As a 5 year-old, she suddenly had to stop going to school and was rushed to hospital, where she stayed for 3 months, before coming home weak and unable to even stand by herself.Her life and ours has been turned upside down, but now thankfully she has restarted to go to school albeit she regularly has to visit hospital for treatments.We are so grateful to our wonderful NHS and its dedicated members of staff, who have helped save her life and give us a new hope that one day she may fully recover from this scary illness.We are trying to raise money to help us fund extra tuition for her so she can catch up the almost one year of schooling that she missed.I am so proud of her that she never gave up and is continually fighting to make sure nothing is stopping from fulfilling her dreams whilst always doing so with  a smile.Her teachers have been so helpful and supportive that we could not ask for more and have advised us that she really needs extra tuition to catch up with her schooling as she missed so much learning when she was recovering at home.Please help us raise  these funds so we can afford to pay for the extra tuition, support and books she needs to catch up on her schooling and ensure she can continue with her steady progress!!
