Entropion eye surgery for Krypto

Hello We just adopted our 3 year old dog, Krypto, from Priceless Pets in Chino Hills. He rode in on a shipment of dogs from Oklahoma and arrived the same day we adopted him. He is an amazingly sweet loving dog but we noticed that his eye kept watering. The shelter mentioned that he might have hit his eye on the ride here and that it should heal. We took him to the vet and the vet said that he would need Entropion eye surgery. “Entropion is a condition in which your eyelid, usually the lower one, is turned inward so that your eyelashes rub against your eyeball, causing discomfort.” You know when an eye lash gets stuck on your eye and how uncomfortable that feeling is? Krypto experiences that all the time and it’s painful to see and we cannot afford a $1,000 surgery plus additional vet bills. This is why we are coming to GoFundMe. We are grateful for all your help and this is something we would like to get done sooner than later to avoid any eye infections.
