Benny’s Recovery and Rehabilitation

Our son, brother, and friend Benjamin Singh —better known as “Benny” or “Beanie”—sustained multiple injuries in a horrific automobile accident on Saturday, October 3, 2020. That evening, his car spun out of control on the highway and upon exiting his vehicle, he was struck by another car. This ongoing fundraiser has been created on Benny’s behalf as he is currently in critical condition in the hospital, undergoing multiple surgeries. Though we are hopeful that he will make a full recovery, it is anticipated that Benny will also need extensive rehabilitation due to the amputation of his leg and fractures to his spine. We are so very grateful that he is still alive and with us today. Prior to the accident, Benny held a physically demanding role as a cable technician. He was an essential worker out in the field, keeping communities connected despite Covid and raging Northern California wildfires. Those who know Benny know that his handy, hard-working nature made him the first to offer help to anyone who needed assistance with housework, yard work, or the like. How funds will be used?

- All funds used with be properly tracked and document.

Funds will be used for:

-Paying for hospital deductibles
-Any additional cost which is not covered by insurance
-Replacement of clothing
-Relocation costs
-Pet care
-Active bills
-Physical therapy
-Replacement phone which was damaged during accident
-Future transportation needs
-Other miscellaneous medical costs
