Please Help Tamsin Fund Her Surgeries! (SRS & FFS)

Hello everyone, I'll try to keep this short; if you want the full sad story, please do feel free to message me. What follows is the TL:DR version.
I need to fund my Sexual Reassignment and Facial Feminisation Surgeries, ideally within the next 2 years and simply just do not earn anywhere near enough each month to make this possible. I'd need to average saving £3000 a month to hit my target, and that is more than TWICE my ENTIRE monthly salary before tax and before any bills or outgoings!!
At present I can save maybe a tenth of that, meaning my first surgery is over 10 years away as things are right now, followed by another 10 years saving for the second surgery! I dont want to be in my fifties before I'm finished. I've lost so many years of my life to this already, I want to at least have more than half my time alive having been lived in my correct gender.
As a result of not being able to fund my surgeries alone, I am trapped in a body I experience a great deal of distress with, day in and day out, for multiple reasons, and being stuck this way while trying to be genuine to myself and live my life affects my ability to be happy, endangers my safety, constantly affects my mental health, and therefore significantly impacts my quality of life.
I know £65k is a sizeable goal, and its the long term total I need to save. It represents around 85-90% of the costs I cant afford. I'm confident that with your help, some tough budgeting and a bit of luck I can afford the rest on my current earnings, but every single penny, pound, dollar, yen, everything you can do to help, no-matter how small, all brings me one step closer on this long road to happiness and is appreciated more than I could possibly ever find the words to express.
