On Sunday, May 22nd, my brother, Ryan, and sister-in-law, Kavita, were moving with their family from Sacramento to their dream home in Arizona. They stopped for the night at a hotel in Santa Ana and, during the night, had their U-Haul stolen. Inside this truck was nearly everything they owned, save a few things that were in the trunk of their car.
Obviously, the most important things that they lost are the things that can never be replaced. But at least we can attempt to soften the blow of this tragedy by raising money to help them rebuild the items that they can replace.
I know that they will greatly appreciate it. Let's all come together to show them that there are still good people in this world.
